Cubiscan in-motion systems are designed to measure and weigh parcels as they travel on high-speed conveyor lines in warehousing, transportation, or freight manifesting applications. A number of in-line Cubiscan models are available that use a variety of sensing technologies to measure a parcel’s length, width, and height at speeds up to 600 feet per minute.
We also offer fully integrated dimensioning solutions. These can include barcode reading, print and apply labeling, dimensioning, weighing, and sortation.
The Cubiscan 210-L is an overhead dimensioning sensor that mounts above a conveyor belt. It measures in-motion SKUs and parcels as they pass under the sensor. The CS 210-L can be used in conjunction with barcode scanning and in-motion scales, or as a standalone unit to capture dimensional data in a compact and high-resolution solution.

The Cubiscan 210-M is designed for small to medium-sized shippers that are looking to introduce automation into their facility. It functions as a “drop-in” manifesting and end-of-line shipping system, providing induction conveyor, dimensioning, weighing, barcode scanning, and print & apply labeling. Sortation options can easily be integrated with the system as well.

The Cubiscan 200-SQ is a high-speed, in-motion dimensioning and weighing system. It’s capable of measuring boxes and many types of irregular packages including polybags, mailers, and other materials down to 5mm (.2″) minimum height.

The Cubiscan 1200-AKL Conveyorized pallet dimensioner is similar to the standard CS 1200-AKL. It is mounted to the ceiling or floor and hangs above existing conveyor, allowing freight to be measured without removing it from the conveyor. The conveyor pauses for a few seconds while the measurement arm travels over the freight, capturing the dimensions of the freight.
