Data Integration Options
Qbit Cloud
All measurement data is stored in a cloud database you can access anytime, anywhere. That data can be pulled via rest API as often as you’d like to integrate with your WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.
Qbit DB
Measurement data is stored in a local or server database on the laptop next to your Cubiscan. The data can be exported as a text file, ODBC, or a push via rest API. Multiple instances of DB can all see the same data.
Typical Use Case
The Cubiscan MDT is the perfect dimensioning system to measure finished goods for right-size packaging and master data applications. Typical operation goes as follows…
Step 1
Scan The SKU Barcode
Scan the product ID or manually enter the barcode number to start the process. The product dimensions will be tied to this barcode.
Step 2
Dimensioning the Item
Place the item on the Cubiscan and move the lasers on the x,y, and z planes. Once in position, trigger the measurement to capture the dimensions.
Step 3
Data Collected & Transferred
Dims associated to the item are stored in Qbit DB or transferred into your box-making software to begin the packaging process.
Step 4
Slotting, Put Away, & Box Building
You’re now ready to efficiently slot product and build custom packaging for better picking, packing, and fulfillment.
Cubiscan Certified Agreement (CCA)
The Cubiscan Certified Agreement (CCA) is the most effective way to annually verify and maintain your Cubiscan. Along with certifying each Cubiscan, we will train your staff on how to operate it properly.

On-Site Installation
We send a tech to your site to set up the machine, calibrate the software, and train your staff how to properly operate and care for the system.
Remote Installation Support
On a scheduled call, we help walk you through the step-by-step mechanical set up, software configuration, and calibration verification of your Cubiscan dimensioner.
One Year Factory Warranty
This is included with every Cubiscan dimensioner. It covers part defects and part replacement. Remote phone support is also provided as part of the one year factory warranty.
Extended Factory Warranty
The extended FW is an add on to the original factory warranty. Coverage includes TSS, part repair or replacement, and labor.

- Must be purchased at time of initial product purchase
