Automate Your LTL Freight Measurement

Meet The Cubiscan N9

Dimension, Weigh, and Photograph Your LTL Shipments to Eliminate Reclasses & Negotiate Better Carrier Rates

The Cost of Doing Nothing

Logistics managers who ship ~50 pallets a week lose roughly $80k per year in reclass, damage, and shortage claims.

If you’re still hand-measuring freight and tendering shipments without digital records, your LTL spend is much higher than it needs to be.

What Are You Trying to Solve?

E

Eliminating reclasses, reweighs, and billing disputes.

E

Populating shipment data in my ERP, TMS, and WMS.

E

Use validation photos to fight damage & shortage claims.

E

Reduce LTL spend with accurate freight costing & rates.

E

Pallet dims at receipt of goods for storage & put-away.

E

Audit pallet profile for ASRS and AGV automation.

You can’t scale LTL operations without consistent, reliable shipment data.

Built for Operations Managers Who Run an Efficient Warehouse

Stop Reclass, Billing Surprises

Capture dims, weight, and photos the same way your carriers do. Stop invoice discrepancies, declare accurate class, and get better pricing and favor from your carrier network.

Digital Records of Shipments

Time-stamped photos and verified measurements are attached to every shipment. Digital paper trails are the difference between winning and losing freight disputes.

Populate eBOL and Other Systems of Record

Improve back-office handoffs and eliminate manual data entry. Clean data integration ensures TMS/ERP accuracy, optimizes routing, and decreases labor cost associated with manual processes.

The Cubiscan N9 in 3 Easy Steps

Using dual LiDAR technology and 4K cameras you can auto send data to your TMS/ERP, so you can generate BOLs, verify class, and store digital records.

True Cost of Hidden Chargebacks

Logistics & Operations Managers often don’t realize the true impact that reclasses, damage claims, and shortages have on LTL spend. Use our calculator to estimate savings and show internal stakeholders the value of pallet dimensioning.

Cubiscan N9 vs Camera Tech

Technology
Repeatability
Longevity

| LiDar Technology

LiDAR sensors are consistently accurate, and struggle with fewer ambient conditions (lighting, reflectivity, color) than camera-based pallet dimensioners.

LTL carriers trust LiDAR to inspect your freight. If you’re looking to eliminate carrier reclasses, it’d be wise to invest in the same tech carriers use.

| Trustworthy data in every scan

If you ship mixed-commodity and non-standard freight, you need measurement consistency. LiDAR sensors deliver repeatable results that earn carrier trust, translating to better rates and relationships.

We often hear of competing camera-based technologies that produce four different dimensions for the same pallet scanned four times.

| Built to last, not babysit

From high-quality sensors to robust mechanical components, every part is designed to withstand real warehouse conditions.

Extensive testing ensures the system performs consistently without frequent maintenance or support calls. That means a longer lifespan, less downtime, and quicker ROI.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does it integrate with our floor scale? Does it come with a floor scale?

The Cubiscan N9 doesn’t include a floor scale, but we offer floor scale options for those who need it. The Cubiscan N9 can integrate with any floor scale that uses a BA serial port.

What do the Cubiscan N9 pictures of the pallets look like?

The Cubiscan N9 uses 4k axis cameras on both sides to capture the pallet as shown in this example:

How long does it take to install and be operational in my warehouse?

Mechanical installation requires two days and one day for calibration. So in total, you can expect three days to be scheduled when installing your Cubiscan N9.

What is the life expectancy of the machine?

The life expectancy is roughly 8-10 years. It can last significantly longer when consistent maintenance is performed.

What's the measurement capacity of the Cubiscan N9?

The largest dimensions the Cubiscan N9 can capture on a piece of freight is 98.4″L x 98.4″W x 98.4″H.

What type of sensor does the Cubiscan N9 use to dimension?

The Cubiscan N9 uses 2 ‘nodding’ LiDar sensors to scan the freight from top to bottom capturing its dimensions. Doing this reduces any kind of ‘shadowing’ which is an inherent issue with static pallet dimensioning processes.

Are there any recurring costs with the N9? If so, what are they?

No, there are no recurring costs to the N9. We do offer service level agreements (SLAs) and cloud software on an annual recurring basis.
