Product Security & Vulnerability Disclosure

Cubiscan is committed to maintaining the security and reliability of our products, software, and connected technologies.

As part of that commitment, we welcome responsible reports from customers, security researchers, partners, and other parties who believe they have identified a potential cybersecurity vulnerability affecting a Cubiscan product or software solution.

If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please use the reporting form below. We ask that vulnerability information be reported responsibly so our team can investigate the issue, evaluate its potential impact, and develop appropriate remediation measures.

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

Cubiscan, as a provider of network-connected devices and data collection software that support warehouse efficiency and integration, continually seeks to improve the cybersecurity of its products and services. The implementation of this Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy reflects our commitment to serving our users as responsible stewards of quality products and services.

Cubiscan will investigate any reported substantial vulnerability or suspected vulnerability affecting its products or software upon receipt of a report. Reporters will be presumed to be acting in good faith when submitting vulnerability information.

Updates will be provided to necessary parties in a timely manner as the issue is investigated and remediation methods are developed and tested. Following deployment of final mitigation measures, a comprehensive report will be delivered to the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and the CSIRT designated as coordinator.

Reporting a Potential Vulnerability

If you identify a potential security vulnerability affecting a Cubiscan product or software solution, please provide as much information as reasonably possible to help our team investigate. Detailed reports can help us reproduce the issue, understand its potential impact, and determine appropriate corrective or mitigation measures.

You may submit a vulnerability using this form. Contact information in the reporting form is optional. However, providing contact information allows our team to request additional information if necessary and provide updates regarding the reported issue. Please avoid including personal information that is not necessary to investigate the vulnerability.
