We will install and commission your Cubiscan dimensioner. If integrated with other equipment (i.e. barcode scanner, fixed scanning, print & apply, sortation, etc.) we will also install and configure those components.
| One Year Factory Warranty
This is included with every Cubiscan dimensioner. It covers part defects and part replacement. Remote phone support is also provided as part of the one year factory warranty.
| Extended Factory Warranty
The extended factory warranty is an add on to the one-year factory warranty. Coverage includes part repair or replacement and labor for your Cubiscan. It’s a 3 year maximum. Must be purchased at the same time of initial product purchase.

How does it integrate with our floor scale? Does it come with a floor scale?
The Cubiscan N9 doesn’t include a floor scale, but we offer floor scale options for those who need it. The Cubiscan N9 can integrate with any floor scale that uses a BA serial port.
What do the Cubiscan N9 pictures of the pallets look like?
The Cubiscan N9 uses 4k axis cameras on both sides to capture the pallet as shown in this example:
How long does it take to install and be operational in my warehouse?
Mechanical installation requires two days and one day for calibration. So in total, you can expect three days to be scheduled when installing your Cubiscan N9.
What is the life expectancy of the machine?
The life expectancy is roughly 8-10 years. It can last significantly longer when consistent maintenance is performed.
