Accuracy and Measurement Capacity
The Cubiscan S9 uses the same LiDar measurement sensor as the Cubiscan 1200 (the dimensioner carriers trust to inspect your freight). It’s the most accurate sensor on the market. It also allows the Cubiscan S9 to dimension pallets 8’L x 8’W x 8’H while they spin at 16rpm. No other dimensioner has that level of accuracy, on that large of freight, spinning at those speeds.
Integrates With Your Stretchwrapper
If you’re already wrapping pallets, you don’t have to worry about the Cubiscan S9 adding additional steps to your process. It mounts next to your wrapper and the freight dimensions are collected once the wrapper gets up to full speed. Your associates won’t need to change their workflow at all.

Data Integration Options
Qbit Cloud
All measurement data is stored in a cloud database you can access anytime, anywhere. That data can be pulled via rest API as often as you’d like to integrate with your WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.
Web Services
Qbit web services is installed on the internal Cubiscan computer and receives measurement data from the Cubiscan. That data is sent to an http server that can be accessed by the user’s software applications.
Typical Shipping Workflow
The Cubiscan S9 integrates well with your existing workflow. Typical operation goes as follows…
Step 1
Scan The Unique Identifier
Load the pallet on the wrapper then scan an order ID or barcode so the dimensions, weight, and photos are paired with the correct freight. The barcode scan also triggers the weight capture, which is done before the freight is spinning.
Step 2
The Dimensioning Stage
Start the wrapping process. Once the wrapper is up to full speed, the Cubiscan S9 starts measuring. It only takes 3 full rotations for the dimensions to be collected.
Step 3
Data Collected & Transferred
Dims, weight, and photos are stored and can be pushed to your WMS, ERP, or TMS to pair with the rest of your order data.

Stage Your Freight For Pickup
Print your shipping label and stage your freight for pickup. No more chargebacks and carrier reclass fees.

We will install and commission your Cubiscan dimensioner. If integrated with other equipment (i.e. barcode scanner, fixed scanning, print & apply, sortation, etc.) we will also install and configure those components.
One Year Factory Warranty
This is included with every Cubiscan dimensioner. It covers part defects and part replacement. Remote phone support is also provided as part of the one year factory warranty.
Extended Factory Warranty
The extended FW is an add on to the original factory warranty. Coverage includes part repair or replacement and labor.
