Revenue Operations Analyst
Farmington, UT (Hybrid) | Full-Time
Cubiscan is seeking a proactive and systems-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to optimize the full revenue lifecycle across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Job Summary:
This cross-functional role will own strategy and execution for GTM operations—streamlining processes, improving systems, and driving alignment across the funnel. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other department leaders, the Revenue Operations Lead will serve as a critical link between data, process, and people.
This role requires deep experience with HubSpot (CRM), strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel/PowerPoint), and an understanding of SyteLine (ERP) or similar platforms to bridge sales and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
• Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM: manage pipeline stages, automation, custom reports, and user adoption• Drive sales forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and performance tracking• Build and distribute dashboards that give visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, and deal velocity• Own sales compensation modeling and performance reporting• Serve as the liaison between the commercial team and operations regarding SyteLine ERPneeds as well as order entry/review to ERP/CRMSales Enablement
• Design and maintain sales onboarding and training programs• Create and update sales playbooks, talk tracks, and enablement resources• Equip sales reps with performance insights and actionable tools• Promote adoption of HubSpot features and best practices across the teamMarketing Operations
• Partner with Marketing to manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle reporting within HubSpot• Track campaign performance and attribution to pipeline and revenue• Support tech stack integrations (HubSpot, SyteLine, and additional GTM tools)• Develop processes that ensure clean data and smooth handoffs from marketing to salesCustomer Support / Service Operations
• Build operational workflows between Sales, Implementation, and Support• Develop and manage shared reporting around onboarding, tickets, and customer feedback (e.g., CSAT, NPS)• Identify expansion opportunities and churn risks using integrated data from HubSpot and SyteLine• Support initiatives that improve customer experience and lifetime value
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business field or related
• Strategic thinker and detail-oriented executor
• High proficiency and admin experience in HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or similar
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with SyteLine ERP or similar operational systems
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business field or related
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
- Background in B2B SaaS, industrial equipment, or supply chain/logistics tech is a plus
- Strong understanding of revenue funnel metrics, GTM alignment, and system integrations
- Experience improving CRM/ERP adoption and building scalable processes
